Project Manager
Patterson Custom Homes is a high-end residential construction company that designs and builds new homes in Newport Beach, and has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple projects at a time from pre-construction until the final punch list is signed off
- Measure, monitor, and report progress to ensure the project is delivered on time
- Schedule, supervise, and monitor performance of all subcontractors
- Prioritize and work under time constraints to meet deadlines
- Maintain constant communication with clients, designers, architects, and neighbors
- Schedule and attend all City inspections
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years residential new construction experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision and direction
