Located near Inspiration Point in Corona Del Mar, this gorgeous Eastern Seaboard-inspired estate sits on a fifty-five foot frontage of unobstructed ocean views. As part of our unique design-build platform, we worked with the homeowner to source the land, which at that time, was two separate lots with original 1950’s beach bungalows degrading from decades of relentless abuse from the elements. We worked with the homeowner, countless consultants and the city to merge the two lots to design this Eastern Seaboard-inspired residence.
