By using a variety of mixed materials and textures, as well as a dramatic black and white color-palette, we were able to achieve the big city, loft aesthetic the homeowner was after. The usage of steel doors and windows throughout the home allows a substantial, weighted quality to the home balancing out the white siding. Upon entering, you are greeted with a counterbalancing combination of heavy wire-brushed, rustic, European White Oak hardwood flooring and Dunn Edwards’ Whisper White on the walls, ceiling and baseboard giving the interiors a bright, airy feel.
