Pocketing glass doors on the first and second floor create an indoor-outdoor living experience for our clients. On the first floor the main living space opens to the backyard and on the second floor the master bedroom opens to the waterfront view.

Unique to this home were the many artisans that helped bring the design to life. Board-formed concrete walls carry from the exterior to the interior, which are as much of an artform as they are a durable building material. Our clients saved the doors from the original home and repurposed them on the roof deck: one was reused for the bathroom door and the rest were recycled into a custom commissioned accent wall. Similarly, the accent wall made of multicolored hearts in the playroom was created by a local artist onsite as well.

The three-story home includes four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two roof deck areas for additional entertaining space. A single-stringer floating staircase with Starphire glass railings connects the three levels of the home, which can also be accessed by the home’s elevator. A slatted wood wall provides additional privacy upon entering the master bedroom and the stain-grade tongue-and-groove ceilings carry seamlessly from the interior to the eaves on the exterior in various areas of the home.
